Since the 1860’s the McGuigan family has lived and worked in the vineyards of the Hunter Valley. Three generations of the family have made wine their lives and their spirit and commitment towards modern Australian winemaking continues today. This Chardonnay has stand-out elegance. Bouquets of yellow plum and white peach are balanced by subtle oak, a creamy texture and a long finish. Perfect when paired with a chicken Caesar salad.
Rich stone fruit aromas of apricot and white peach are a feature of this wine, nicely complemented with a touch of honey.
This is a flavoursome wine with a soft, smoothcreamy palate. It has the great sweet tropical fruitand melon flavours of chardonnay with a touch ofcaramel oak. The flavours integrate nicely in themouth and result in a lingering clean finish.
A versatile wine which makes a greataccompaniment to most food, in particular creambased pasta and succulent roast chicken dishes.
