Asda has launched a new value clothing range designed by Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus.
The Disney star has brought her line of trendy girls’ clothes to the UK. The range includes Miley’s trademark ripped skinny jeans, waistcoat and T-shirt, stylish foil-printed vests and tops and denim hotpants .
The outfits, which Miley describes as having a “edgy UK style”, have been designed with the help of French fashion guru Max Azria.
Fiona Lambert, director of Asda’s George clothing brand, said: “We have thousands of Miley fans among our customers and this collection will give them access to high end fashion without breaking the bank.”
Prices start from £6 for slashed foil-printed vests and £7 for tops. The entire chic range comes in American sizes, but an Asda spokeswoman said all George store employees have been given size converters to help shoppers pick the right fitting.
Demand for the Miley-inspired clothing is expected to soar next month when the 17-year old pop sensation makes a guest appearance on the X Factor.
