Supermarket chain Asda is offering a new range of ultra cheap mobile phone deals as part of its January sale.
The retail giant is promising huge discounts across a range of branded handsets, including The T-Mobile Zest 2 which is now available for just £12.50.
The ‘super budget’ mobile comes with a built-in VGA camera, an MP3 player, radio, Bluetooth, memory expandable up to 2GB, a battery that provides up to 5 hours of talk time and a hands-free kit.
Other PAYG mobiles that have been heavily discounted include the sturdy Nokia 1616 - also on sale at the retailer for £12.50 - and the Samsung E2121, which has been reduced to £15.
Both handsets come with Asda Mobile’s ‘Everyday’ bundle which offers 100 minutes and 100 texts over 30 days for just £5.
James McMurrough, Asda mobile buyer, said: "Our budget mobile phones provide an affordable way to stay in touch with loved ones this year. For less than the cost of some protective phone covers, you can pick up a very useful product,"
"We’re sure that with all the features packed into these phones, the value is hard to beat."
