UK consumers looking for a recommended internet service provider should consider Zen Internet after the company was named Best ISP by PC Advisor.
Zen beat a host of other ISPs to the title, achieving an overall satisfaction rating of 98.9 per cent in a poll of 6,000 UK broadband subscribers.
The company also scored 99.4 per cent on tech support, 98.9 per cent on reliability, and 98.8 per cent on customer satisfaction, while nearly all (97.6 per cent) of the Zen Internet customers polled said they would recommend the broadband provider to people they know.
Andrew Saunders, Head of Product Management and Marketing at Zen Internet, described the award as "a fantastic result".
"I'm extremely pleased to see that the hard work and efforts of Zen employees in providing good quality service and support as well as reliable products are where we continue to excel," he said.
Despite missing out on the Best broadband provider award, BT was recognised for the speed of its fibre optic broadband product, BT Infinity, which was named the Best Super-Fast Internet Connection in the UK with an overall satisfaction rating of 97.3 per cent,
