Apple fans looking to pick up a bargain this Christmas should head to their nearest Apple store to take advantage of the companys Black Friday sale.
For today only, Apple stores worldwide and online are offering some of the biggest price cuts ever made by the electronics giant, with discounts available on iPad, iPod, iMac and Macbook products.
Customers can save £81 on the normal retail price of a brand new MacBook Air, MacBook Pro or iMac PC, between £15 and £35 on the iPod Touch (depending on the model) and get £31 off a 16GB iPad 2 rising to £51 for the 64GB model.
There are also numerous money saving deals on Apple and third party accessories such as keyboards, hard drives, iPad covers and headphones.
However, the massive one-day sale does not include any of Apples iconic and hugely popular iPhone handsets.
Black Friday is the day after Americans celebrate Thanksgiving. US retailers came up with the nickname to mark the start of the profitable Christmas shopping period when stores move "into the black".
