The maker of the new King Kong video game said that users should not buy the version for the new Xbox 360. The game appears to be very dark on a standard TV which makes it hard to play.
Yves Guillemot, Ubisofts boss said, "Im a bit disappointed that we didnt see it when we were developing the game."
Overall the game has received good reviews and is selling well in the UK.
The developers worked closely with Peter Jackson the film director who directed the new film. The result has been high praise for the game recreating the cinematic experience of the film.
The game, as any other big blockbuster game, was made in multiple versions by Ubisoft to make them more competitive and achieving higher sales.
Versions of the game for the Playstation 2, Xbox, GameCube and the PC were available for sale from last November and have received favourable reviews.
The Xbox 360 version was released at the beginning of December.
